As some of you know I joined weight watchers 4 weeks ago. My goal is to lose about 30lbs. I started at 268. At my week 4 weigh in yesterday I am at 263.8 just shy of my first 5lbs. Things are looking good for me so far. If i get brave enough i may post a pic or 2 of what im like now. Hardest thing for me so far is controlling what i eat on weekends. But im going to work on that for this week. But I also can not be doing that bad if im losing weight..
The main thing is I have a good group of friends supporting me. I have a crew on face book and then there is Tara. She got me to join WW and has been a big help in figuring stuff out. Im sure i will hit my 5% goal (first 13lbs lost) in no time.
