Again.... Good all during last week with the weight loss thing. Weekend comes and i manage to blow it. points go out the window... and i eat alot more than i should.
However last weekend i managed to still lose a pound.

So lets see if i manage to do it again this time.

Working on getting some before pics up. Once i figure out how to do it ill post um up.

Another one bites the dust..

well.. seems i was worried for nothing.

Went to the ww weigh in today and was down 1lb exactly.

Well on my way.

Now to make the appointment with the dermatologist to get this skin thing i got going on taken care of.

bad simon... bad bad bad...

Well this weekend did not go as planned for the whole weight watchers thing. ate way to much pizza over the weekend...:( so baring something of a miracle i do not think ill have lost much if any at the weigh in today... but we shall see.

However it was a good and productive weekend. Saturday helped a friend move. Did not take as long as i thought it would take but it was a good workout. Hopefully that countered some of the pizza i ate.

Sunday was a good day. Lunch with Dad then an afternoon of Gaming. Yes for those of you who do not know I am a Dungeons and Dragons geek. We had fun...;)

Work today should be fairly easy for a Monday.
so far so good at least.;)

Well with the amount of food i just ate and beer i drank i probably just killed all my good work for the week. Guess we shall see how i do on Monday.

Made it...

Made it to the gym this morning. Was there by 6:20.

Did 10mins of cardio
30 mins of weights.
and then 30 more mins of cardio..

Followed by egg whites, cheese and sausage on a roll.
Feeling good.

Hoping today will be a good day.
work does not look to bad right now.

when getting up for the gym...

When getting up for the gym at 6am it helps to set the alarm for 6am. Otherwise one will sleep until 7:15 and not get up for the gym..

Ohh well... at least its move day at work so I will get some exercises in moving people from office to office.

Well... Its finished. The Alpha Phi Omega Section 102 report is done. Overall the section is in a good place.

This is what I get for being Voted into the Section 102 chair. But its fun and im enjoying it. Lots of work but lots of people working with me as well so its easier.

Anyhow.. off to bed.
gotta get up at 6am for the gym

Weight Watchers..

As some of you know I joined weight watchers 4 weeks ago. My goal is to lose about 30lbs. I started at 268. At my week 4 weigh in yesterday I am at 263.8 just shy of my first 5lbs. Things are looking good for me so far. If i get brave enough i may post a pic or 2 of what im like now. Hardest thing for me so far is controlling what i eat on weekends. But im going to work on that for this week. But I also can not be doing that bad if im losing weight..

The main thing is I have a good group of friends supporting me. I have a crew on face book and then there is Tara. She got me to join WW and has been a big help in figuring stuff out. Im sure i will hit my 5% goal (first 13lbs lost) in no time.

First blog post...

So... After saying that i would not have a blog I thought i would give this a try. Not sure how i will proceed from here but we shall see. I think i will attempt to update every day.. but we shall see what happens.
